Advanced Group Program

Strengthening and Awakening our Spirits

We are spiritual beings having a human experience. As we continue to balance our physical body with healthy and nutritious foods, our spirits being to wake up and want attention too.

The Advanced Group program is designed for women who have a basic whole foods education and want to go deeper in their exploration of their psychic gifts and purpose.

Each session we create a sacred space, practice meditation techniques, sound techniques and ancient practices dedicated to enlightenment, self-care, manifestation and peace.

We will be co-creating a powerful vortex of energy to help each woman move forward on her path and experience more bliss and joy. The energy and focused intention of the group helps facilitate clearing our blocks, obstacles and will deepen our transformation.

You will learn to use these tools:

-Guided Meditation and Visualization

-Mantras and Affirmations

-Chanting and sound healing

-Inspirational/Oracle Cards

This group will give you the opportunity to:

-develop a daily practice to help you become more grounded and connected to your true self. 

-strengthen and develop your psychic abilities.

-explore rituals for yourself to practice and learn what works for you and inspires you.

-have the support of a community of women dedicated to being healthy, having fun, expressing their true selves and living extraordinary lives.

Materials shared in the group are inspired by Health Coaching, Wiccan tradition, Native American Tradition, Siddah Yoga, Mind-sound Technology and the Angelic Realm.

Group Program

Eating in Recovery- A nutritional group program for women working the 12 steps

 Most of us know what we “should” eat to be healthy and balanced, but there is still a gap between what we know and what we actually do.  You are not alone! Some of us have been doing the same thing over and over for years and expecting different results. Even if we have a sense of what is healthy, addictive foods with sugar and caffeine can be very seductive when we find ourselves “hungry, angry, lonely or tired”. If you are still struggling with your relationship to food and your body, this group program may be for you. This group is a unique opportunity to find out what foods are truly right for you with the support of a loving coach, the spiritual principles of the 12 steps and a group of women to walk beside you on your journey. All participants will be members of 12 step programs and have full anonymity.

In this group program you will:

* Learn how natural foods can stabilize your blood sugar and create balance in the body so that you can feel calm, confident and serene, even amazing!

* Learn practical solutions for getting delicious food in your home and in your body on a daily basis.

* Get personal recommendations for what to eat, when to eat and how to eat

* Learn information about whole, natural foods and the nutritional significance

* How to grocery shop economically and effectively

* How to plan meals, prepare and cook food on a weekly basis

* Experience and practice interactive exercises for stress reduction

* Learn meditation techniques to support your serenity

* Learn how spiritual concepts will support your process

* Change your relationship to food and your body

* Receive book recommendations for continued healing

* Have fun while learning, growing and transforming

* Eat a delicious meal at each session

* Email support in between sessions

 

Tuesdays- 6 PM to 7:30 PM

(Two-90-minute group sessions per month-with a delicious meal!)

Summer Session 2012-Meets for 6 sessions total
